We can't login to the website. HELP!
If you are sure that you've paid, registered but are still unable to login then feel free to contact us at anytime.
Please provide your name, email address, password and receipt number if you've got it and we'll sort the problem out for you asap.

I never received my login details!
Ah, this can be annoying!
Once you enrolled in our system and had your payment processed by Clickbank you should have been taken to a registration screen. From
this screen you should have been able to register an account with your desired email address.
If you registered an account but can't login then try the forgotten password feature on our
login page.
If you were never taken to this registration page but are 100% positive you should have been please send us an email via
our
contact page. Be sure to send us your receipt number so that we can track your order and have your account activate ASAP.
I didn't receive my activation email!
If you registered an account but never received an activation email there are a few things you can do.
The first is to check your emails spam or junk folder. Sometimes our emails will go there instead of your inbox.
If you have absolutely no luck then please send us an email via our
contact page. Be sure to send us your Clickbank receipt number so we can track your
order and activate your account ASAP.
I've logged in, but I can't view any of the practice questions or videos
We've noticed the most likely reason for this is that our users don't have the newest version of flash installed.
Our system uses flash to show all videos and questions, you can download the latest version by
clicking here.
To view some features of our website you will also need to hava javascript enabled. If your browser does not support javascript then we highly recommend downloading
Mozilla Firefox as a great alternative.

In a nutshell though, our system works with both PC and Mac and will work with any type of internet connection. We do however recommend a high speed connection for best viewing.
Can I talk to someone on the phone?
Eeek! Sorry but we don't have a contact phone number.
We do however offer full support over email and respond to all queries in less than 24 hours (business days). This allows us to keep our system at a low
cost and provide support for everyone.
